I believe that every person is capable of change and growth when they are ready to start their journey and are met with support. My goal is to create an affirming and safe environment where we can work collaboratively to support you on your journey, wherever that might take you. Additionally, as a queer, trans, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clinician, it’s important to me to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, supported, and where your lived experiences are honored. You will find our sessions to be collaborative as I hold space and curiosity for your goals, strengths, challenges, hopes, stories, questions, and growth. My therapeutic work is done through a systemic and social justice lens that considers the impact of multiple systems (relationships, environments, and intergenerational impact) and confronts issues of oppression. In sessions, my goal is to be authentic, creative, and flexible to meet the diverse needs of my clients while still maintaining clear and supportive boundaries. When working with clients, I draw from narrative therapy, internal family systems therapy (IFS). In addition to utilizing a strength-based approach and parts of somatic, art, and play therapy practices. Outside of sessions, you’ll find me spending time with my loved ones or enjoying some alone time creating art, playing video games, listening to music, or reading a good book.
