In therapy sessions, we’ll move at a pace that feels intentional, grounded, and respectful of your nervous system. I believe you come to therapy already as a whole human and expert in your own life. I’m here to create a relational, affirming space where meaningful change can emerge through lived experience. We’ll gently explore the emotions, patterns, and adaptive strategies that have helped you survive, while making room for new ways of relating to yourself and others. In relationship work, we’ll pay close attention to the emotional patterns and protective stances that arise between people, creating opportunities to practice connection that supports closeness without losing oneself.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process. I bring training, curiosity, and presence to help create the conditions for change. Sessions often involve slowing down, noticing what’s happening emotionally and in the body, and staying with what emerges rather than talking around it. My background as a dietitian informs how I understand bodies, nourishment, and behavior as deeply intertwined with emotional and relational systems, particularly in work around food, body image, and intimacy.
