In our work together, my goal is to create a supportive, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I believe you already hold the knowledge and power to support yourself — my role is to be a compassionate container that reflects your goals, strengths, challenges, and growth opportunities. I center you as the expert in your own life. Our sessions are collaborative, curious, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I take a neurodivergent-affirming approach and recognize that many of the things we label as “symptoms” are actually valid responses to systemic oppression, trauma, or being in environments that weren’t built with your needs in mind.
Humor is one of my favorite therapeutic tools — I believe that laughter can be healing and regulating, and I love to share those moments with my clients! I’m passionate about understanding how your mind works and finding therapeutic strategies that align with your unique wiring, rather than forcing you to fit a mold that doesn’t serve you.
Our space may at times be gently challenging as we explore and question old patterns, beliefs, and narratives that may no longer serve you. I bring a relational, human presence to our work — I aim to be authentic and real, while maintaining clear and supportive boundaries. In sessions, I pull from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Parts Work, IFS, Cultural Relational Theory, Feminist Theory, Brainspotting, Neurodivergent affirming therapy, Affirming therapy, Queer Theory, WPATH training, and Geek Therapy.
Whether we’re processing something difficult or diving into your special interests, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward compassion, self-understanding, and empowerment.
